Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $[threshold — set at launch]. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available for an additional fee, selectable at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fresco purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at hello@frescostore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorisation and instructions. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
